Β Shipping Policy
At RedLightHeal, we ship all orders from our US-based fulfillment warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to customers across the contiguous United States.
β οΈ Β We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1.1 Β Order Processing Time
β’Β All orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation.
β’Β Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
β’Β You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
1.2 Β Delivery Timeframe
β’Β Standard delivery: 2β7 business days from the date of shipment.
β’Β Delivery is available to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (delivery times for AK/HI may be at the upper end of the range).
β’Β PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak season volumes. We will always notify you if we anticipate a significant delay.
1.3 Β Shipping Carriers
β’Β We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and order size.
β’Β Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.
1.4 Β Shipping Fees
β’Β Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold is displayed at checkout.
β’Β For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout.
β’Β Expedited shipping options (2-day or overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
1.5 Β Order Tracking
β’Β A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped.
β’Β You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
β’Β Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
β’Β If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at support@redlightheal.com.
1.6 Β Damaged or Lost Shipments
β’Β If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
β’Β If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us.
β’Β For orders confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship the order at no charge or issue a full refund β your choice.
β’Β RedLightHeal is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address.
1.7 Β Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. RedLightHeal is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize there is an error, email us immediately at support@redlightheal.com β we can only modify your address before the order has been dispatched.
